We will visit your location to fix Windows issues, software issues and hardware issues.

Operating System Reload                                              $50/hr

When there are too many conflicts within the windows Operating System, a total Operating System Reload is performed. You will need to bring all original software, licenses and keys for a complete reload of all software.

Miscellaneous Charges                                                   $30/hr

Miscellaneous charges may apply for work not described anywhere above; such as: consulting, data recovery, data migration, network troubleshooting, and cabling.
* Minimum charge of 1 hour

Emergency Support                                                         $70/hr

Emergency Support rates apply to services before 8 am or after 10 pm Monday thru Sunday and observed holidays.
